STORYLINE

A less than average college student, Anthony Bennington, nicknamed “Anny” by himself, receives a sketchy copy of Half-Life he'd ordered online with new highly advanced AI, and was ready to test out its VR capabilities.

Throughout the game, Anny explores the dark and gritty setting of the Black Mesa Research Facility, combats against aliens and military alike, bands together a tag team of scientists and a rogue security guard to escape from the horrors of the resonance cascade, all while learning about the horrific experiments the facility was also conducting.

Anny’s day to day life is slowly tainted by Half Life as something... or better put... someone grows infatuated with him, and starts watching from beyond the screen.

Hi, I'm Zeth! I came up with the idea for a 2003 HLVRAI AU and recruited these guys to help me with it. I like to make art and animations inspired by many different aspects of the 2000s/2010s and things that are nostalgic to me personally.
